Which simpsons episode is it where homer catches his beard on fire?

The episode starts of where they are watching an old family video. Marge brings out a cake for homer. and when he tries to blow out the candels his beard catches on fire.

it's also suppose to take place when they were newly wed and in the 60's-70's ish.

then the video ends and ends and the kids are laughing hysterically at homer.
