There are many sites to book cruises, so it depends on where you want to cruise.

I've had really good luck at SpinCityTravel.com. Go to Book Travel and check out the cruise tab

Go to a travel agent. They have the ability to barter the cruise lines down. Go see a travel agent, tell them you'd like a cruise and you'd like to know what the best deal they can get you is. If it isn't substantial, go elsewhere. I got a cruise for nearly half the price that is listed in the brochure.

Travel agents don't cost you a dime, by the way.
