Which size gauge is my cartilage?

my nose ring is a 20g/18g. my cartilage may be slightly bigger, is it a 16g or 14g?

I have my nose pierced and it's an 18 gauge. A regular ear piercing is usually 18 gauge.  My bellybutton is a 14g and is considerably thicker than my cartilage.  I'm pretty sure my cartilage is a 16g, and I'll bet yours is too.

i have an industrial (through both sides of my cartilage) anyway, it's a 14 gauge.   here's an accurate pic of a size 14.
