I would say BONES are the best!! they have this insane formulas to make them super smooth and last long. the have the SPF formula (skate park formula) , its much more softer than the STF (street tech formula). SPF wheels have more grip , they good for cruising on you skateboard and vert skateing. STF are great for street skateing cus theyre more light and it will make your blunt slides and primos smoother. they both make the ride smoother so you wont be able to feel the bumps and cracks on the sidewalk
