Also, some slot machines give you a 98 or 99% guaranteed return. It says so on a sign hanging over the slot machines. Play on those and with as high a minimum bet as you can afford since the higher the minimum, the better your odds.

They are all nearly the same in terms of percentage, but if you are looking for a large amount with no very many small wins then look for something with multipliers like a 10X pay or 5X pay machine.  If you are looking for a lot of small wins then consider machines with few symbols like a Double diamond.

If you are looking to walk out of the casino a winner then you need to play much higher than you may want to.  If you plan on spending hours in a casino then don't expect to win a whole lot by playing cheap slots.  You are going to want to plan on 2 hours at the most and play a high denomination type of machine.  $5 minimum for 3-reel slots and $1 minimum for video slots.

well in general all slot machines are heavily weighted for the casinos, but if you are going to play them play the biggest value you feel comfortable with. If you do this the house edge continues to decrease the higher the value of the slot. for example a $.05 slot compared to a $.25 slot is going to pay more for the casino in the long run. But with the slots anything can happen, so good luck and have fun.
