Which smartphone will do exactly this?

Question

I want to be able to access my work email, Outlook, on a POP server. I also want to be able to access my work calender. Also, is it possible for me to be at my desk updating my calendar while it automatically is updating my calendar on my phone in "real time"... Also, do any phones support Salesforce.com

id recomend the iphone its the top of the line atm and if its not on it it doesnt exist yet.

Most any and all blackberrys will do what you describe pretty seamlessly.  Most "smartphones" using Microsoft mobile software are nightmares.  I had one for a while, and it took 5 minutes to "reboot" every time it hung up.
