  1. they both suck. get a k2 www with rocker

  2. Both boards are great in their own way. Burton does make awesome products and some of the hardest shredders I ride with kill it on Burton boards. The Twin and Custom are actually very simialar... both have negative core profiles, both have triax laminates, both are great all mountain freestyle boards. The biggest difference is that the Custom is a directional twin and the Twin is a true twin. This means the Twin is 100% symmetrical for a balanced ride thats equally versatile when ridden regular or switch. The Custom has a twin shape, but a directional flex. The Carbon I Beam in the tail not only adds uber pop and strength, it also benefits the slash factor in the deep snow.

The bottom line is the Custom is a little bit more versatile for the whole mountain. It is still a freestyle board at heart and kills it in the pipe and on the biggest booters, but it will handle powder and groomers just fine as well. The Twin is still versatile but really excels in the park. Choose accordingly. Email me if you have any further questions... I will be glad to help you out.

  3. listen to jon s dont buy burton.. over priced and over rated. buy a k2 www or any park capita. there sick boards. the www has been the top park board for the past 2 years.

  4. It really depends on what kind of riding you are going to be doing when you ask what snowboard is the "best".

Actually, Burton doesn't make the "best" snowboards at all - there are other brands that make better boards for almost all kinds of riding. Resist the "Burton Hype" of advertising and pick your own brand. Hard core riders are not going to be impressed when they see you on a Burton board.

Freestyle: Rome, Gnu, K2, Lib Tech

    Freeride: Ride, K2, Nitro
