Alright, here's my opinion:

#1:

Way too young. I get you don't want to be too old, and you want to be appropriate (which is awesome), but this is too young.

#2:

This one's cute. Appropriate, but you can sass it up. For your age it's perfect (not too young, not too old).

So, if I was you, I would get the

Mad Hatter costume or the 50's Dance Queen costume.

i think you should go for the 2nd one. the first one is a bit childish and i dont really get the 3rd one. the 1st is a costume people would recognize quickly , gives you different options for accesories, and plus its super cute! good luck!

I really love the second one, that is just so amazing and fun.  That is the one I would get, but get the one that makes you the most happy:] I am so excited for Halloween:D lol
