  1. Costa Rica is in Central America not SOUTH AMERICA....just an FYI. I would agree with Argentina or Chile.

    Suerte;)

  2. my friends LOVE costa rica

  3. Depends on what you like and where are you from.

I think Chile, Brazil and Argentina are the best choices.

they are modern countries, safer than the rest of SA countries,

Buenos Aires, Santiago and sao Paulo are huge urbes, cosmopolitan, affordable with an incredible variety of cultural options.

  4. There was a great article in Inc. magazine this month covering which nations in the world are best for global business.  For South America they put great emphasis on Chile.  It is the easiest place to do business with low corporate tax and little crime, and has easy access to Brazil and Argentina.  The majority of US companies that set up corporate in South America are in Argentina.  This makes the large cities cater to Americans and cuts down the language barrier.  Also some of the hottest women in the world are there.

    I hope my info helped.

  5. Chile  beautiful!!

  6. Rio de Janeiro probably has the best lifestyle.  It is the only major, tropical beach city on the continent.  Crime is an issue but is realtively easy to avoid or minimize the impact.

If you don't like the beach, Buenos Aires would be good, if you don't like cities the Argentinian and Chilean Patagonian countryside would be the best.

Colombian valley region from Medellin to Cali has some of the best weather on the continent.

Caracas was once the best but has been steadily ruined the last 25 years.  It may have reached rock bottom now.
