Which special forces have the best snipers in the world?

which's country special forces, is the us, or russian, british,...which one?

It's hard to say. It's like asking which country has the fastest runner, without seeing them race against each other. It's hard to tell from the starting line.

I'm sure American, British, and Israeli snipers would make the finals.

There are a number of countries that are rated as having among the best snipers in the world.  Impossible to tell which are the best unless you pit them against one another.

Among the best are ...

US Marines and Canada's JTF (formerly the Canadian Airborne Regiment).  JTF and Marine snipers often train together.  

Russians, they have been at it since the battle for Stalingrad in WW II.  Still among the best in the world.

Also include the Brits, Germans, and Israelis.

The above is in no particular order, you wouldn't want to be in the sights of any of them!

The answer is, all of them. A sniper's skills are based on eyesight, so any country that has soldiers with good eyesight has good snipers.

Americans might have the advantage, because their soldiers are playing games like "Halo" when they're not on duty.
