hi m a B.tech student (EEE). m pursuing my MBA frm ICFAI. want to know which 2 specializations(as Major & Minor) will best suit me? m interested in HRM n IT&SYSTEMS. but also came to know abt operations. will HRM go with engineering? please suggest...

  1. it seems you are interested in HR you can do that. why don't you try withelectronics and HR in the present industry as future research paper too. it will be good idea with innovative steps in the Electronic industry if you can do some research work . I'm sure you will be able to do as you are showing keen interest in HRM. all the best


  2. Wrong question. Specializations are not important in MBA programs. The MBA is a broad general degree preparing you to manage a business. If you want a specialization get an MS and prepare for a staff position. A specialization in an MBA degree is usually 2-3 elective courses in your chosen field in the second year.
