Which spike approach do most volleyball coaches teach...the 3 step or the 4 step approach?

Which spike approach do most volleyball coaches teach...the 3 step or the 4 step approach?

 I've played university ball and the three step is phasing out.....I don't like it.  It takes away from momentum and doesn't allow you to reach your full potential.  FYI I know the coaches at Utah and TCU and they teach a four step, don't believe me watch their game tapes.  None of the top four schools from this last NCAA tournament have their outsides and right sides run a three step.

a 3 step is your basic approach, and most coaches teach their middles to use a 3 step. but in high divisions of volleyball, i would say, most outsides use a 4 step approach.
