I watch both with equal enjoyment but I also love AFL and am a huge (soccer) football fan also. I think we are really lucky here in Australia to have such a variety of codes to play and or spectate upon and we have some of the best athletes in the world playing here. What's not to enjoy.

I like Union better than League, but unfortunately unless you have foxtel the only Union coverage you get is the test matches.

I definitely prefer Rugby League.  Union has a lot more piling and shoving that's almost as boring as American football.  League has maybe a second or two between high-action plays.

Does anyone know if League is going to be televised in the US again?  I watched it regularly two years ago, but the Faux Soccer Channel didn't carry it last year.

I am a huge sports fan, League, Afl, cricket etc. But I can't stand Union, I wish I could change but what irks me is that so often when a team works so hard to get close to scoring a try a penalty is given. If Union could flow more I would love it but the penalties drive me nuts - adjust this problem and it really would be "the running game". Until then I don't even watch the world cup, just ask Johnny Wilkinson - the best kicker wins the game.
