Question:

Which sport should i play?

I have experience with tennis lessons but tennis isn't a sport i want to go into right now. I do have strong legs but my arms aren't as strong. I want to tone the rest of my body. My choices are:

-Basketball

-Lacrosse

-Soccer

-Volleyball

-Jump rope

-Gymnastics.

Tryouts for all of these start in September. If you could give me which main sport i should go into and what other things i have to do for that sport, it would be very helpful! =]

  3. if you have strong legs and weak arms i would suggest soccer. we used to do exercises that pretty much toned our whole body. so if you want to tone your whole body and you have strong legs then soccer's your sport because it's predominantly played with your legs.
