football. baseball is kind of slow and doesnt have enough action.

Football is more entertaining.  

However, the game of baseball is so well devised.  The bases 90 feet apart (perfect for close plays), 9 innings, balls and strikes, three outs, defense can't score in this game, etc.  Pitcher bats, doesn't bat.  Small ball.  Money ball.

The one thing I don't like about baseball is the little impact a manager has on the outcome of the games.  There really isn't much strategy, not nearly as much as in football.  A statistical analysis was done and it was determined by some schmucks that a good manager could win you two more baseball games in a season.  Only two!

I like watching football more than playing it, but I like playing baseball more than watching it. I like them for different reasons.
