  1. There is no "magic" state.

  2. PA

  3. the MSRP on cars varies within the same city sometimes.  Some dealers pay into a national or regioanl advertising program, where others may not.  Within the same state, you may have different desitnation charges as well.

Let's say that Oregon has cars that are cheaper than wherever you live.  Is it worth the effort and expense you would have to go through to save $2-300 to get it from there to home?

  4. ALL cars in the US with the same equipment packages come from the factory with the same MSRP. Any regional advertising fees are added to the invoice price of the car, not the sticker price.

Rebates often vary per state, such as the Auto Show. If there is a Detroit Auto Show, there is sometimes an "Auto Show Bonus Cash", which is only available to purchases by residence of the eligible areas.

Aside from rebate differences, there is no particular state that has the lowest vehicle prices. Good luck and I hope this helps.

  5. No state does this, but Saturn does no-haggle pricing.

    Good Luck

  6. All dealers ( of the same brand) pay the same amount for their cars from the factory.  Meaning the dealer who buys one car a month pays the same as the dealer that buys 20,000.  That is what has kept wall-mart and the likes out of the car business.  Wall-mart doesn't want to get into anything they can't use predatory pricing on.
