In Wisconsin, you need a motorcycle endorsement (M) to your regular drivers license to drive a motorcycle or scooter over 50 CC.

For a moped or scooter under 50 CC you need a regular drivers license.

For a motorized bicycle with fully functional pedals the limit is 130 CC.
