From what I've found it looks to be a 205-ounce sirloin at AJ's Steakhouse in Grinnell, Iowa. They unveiled the steak in celebration of their one year anniversary.

AJ's also has a 150-ounce (which is over 12 pounds!) steak that they serve daily called, "The Big Kahuna".
