Which state is as beautiful as PA but with warmer weather and low-cost of living?

More specifically, which city in that state? What makes it so wonderful?

My son lives in New Mexico and from the pictures I've seen, it's wide open spaces and gorgeous wheather.  My daughter went to visit him and apparently, cost of living is much cheaper.  Of course, I live in Mass, that's should tell you something.  EVERYTHING is expensive here.  I know in NM, there are beautiful mountains and lakes.  Maybe you should check it out.

The countryside of Tennessee is fantastic. I was out there last october and the weather was great, 70's and sunny. The people all seemed very friendly too.
