Sikkim is a very beautiful state. I have been there, its great for trekking surrounded by beautiful mountains with waterfalls. Its a very peaceful state and no risk of bombing at all. Its always very pleasant. People are friendly and warm. Uttaranchal state also has very good tourists place with mountains, waterfall, beautiful sight seeing places. And its a quite place, so no risk or terrorism.
