Which states allow the babies father too sign the birth certificate?

i'm curious as too which states allow the father of the baby to sign the birth certificate....i know California doesnt.

My state, Connecticut does. My daughters father signed, we're not married and I would be so mad if he couldn't. That's crazy you can't in CA!

Well my husband was in the military and we had 3 daughters in 3 different states. He didn't have to sign in Califonia, Georgia or Connecticut.
