Most people say the southern states, but I've heard rumors of neo-n**i groups in my own home state on the rise (which is VERY diverse). I know every place has racism unfortunately, but which states do you believe racism is more commonplace and why?

  1. I would have to say it is the state in which I currently reside (not by choice), South Carolina.  However, places like Alabama and Kentucky where there is still strong country roots in people lives are also extremely prejudice...not just racist against blacks.  People in these slower growing, less populated, less educated states tend to have ignorant people that do not realize the rest of the country is getting along seeming well with each other (there will always be problems of course).  Just like the south are the bible thumpers, they claim to have the highest morals, no drinking on Sunday, etc....but they tend to be the meanest, rudest, snobbiest....and most stubborn people in the country, not to mention everyone still gets married at 12 and has a full family by 17.  Personally, I think they are all full of S**t!!!!!

  2. All the Southern states.  Why?  Well they are less educated in general, they are still having babies young etc....

  3. maybe southern states-

like jim crow laws were in the south and blacks moved up north to harlem, chicago, detroit, etc. for better opportunities- but it wasn't that grand in the north-

i'd say places like florida, georgia, alabama, south carolina, north carolina, virgin, mississippi-

    i'm not 100 percent sure-

but racists are all over the globe-

white supremacy is in the laws we live by, the beauty standard we live by, the places we work for- all of the above!

  4. I live in a southern state.

We are very peaceful people, actually.

It's not like it was two centurys ago or anything, peoples.

I think the most racist would probably be along the lines of wear the 'gangsters' and 'chavs' live.

There isn't really much racism in America, suprisingly.

    Atleast I think so.

And it's all about the individual themselves not the location or anything.

  5. I guess that depends on which kind of racism you are refering to. See, there are two main types of racism: Overt and Covert. Overt basically means that their racism is out in the open. They fly confederate flags, call themselves rednecks and hurt peoples feelings. The covert racist do everything on a systematic level. They smile in your face but stab you in the back. I'd say Texas, Missouri, Kentucky and probably Georgia are the most overtly racist states. I'd say California and Massachussets have to be the most covert racist states.
