  1. According to NewYorkMagazine:

    OFF-THE-BONE RIB CHOP

    SIRLOIN

    RIB EYE

    HANGER STEAK

    PORTERHOUSE

    KOBE BEEF

    FILET

    Me? Depends.

If it's a good restaurant, I'll ask the waiter, they tend to know what's best that day. Otherwise, play it safe, get the T-bone.

  2. Filet mignon, always. Best cut, most tender. When in doubt order filet

  3. Definitely filet mignon!  New York Strips are good too, but the filet is definitely foolproof, which is what you asked for.

  4. ribeye medium rare... its very juicy and tasty/

  5. look at the price 1st! but filet is the best!!! you can eat it raw! 2nd sirlion!

  6. I prefer the new york strip.  another good cut that alot of people prefer is the ribeye, but that's not really my style.  and if you have a lot of money you can go with the t-bone. it's the best cut but i find that with the bone, you don't get nearly as much steak

  7. My favorite is ribeye.  It is really hard to mess up a Tbone.  But it is really easy to mess up a sirloin.  The leaner cuts are harder to cook and still keep moist and tender.

  8. I like the New York Strip and any sirloin....medium-well.

  9. filet Mingon

  10. filet mignon,,medium rare

  11. Filet Migon is the best steak. Most flavorful. However this steak is also the smallest cut. the Ribeye has a portion of the meat in the filet migon and a portion from a porterhouse. This steak is also flavor ful

  12. I love T-bone.....

  13. Flat Iron steak YUMMY (grilled is the best) medium rare!
