Pieplant, celery, turnip greens, stems of mushrooms. Some people like to chew the stems of sugarcane.

Less common ones:

The stems of water lilly Victoria amazonica ( „mururú“ or „irupé“ ) are eaten by natives of Amazon headwater.

Stems of Cirsium eriphorum a relative of artichoke are eaten in Greece.

If you are particular about stem, you also can add rhizomas and other modifications of stem and find much more vegetables etc.
