These are illegal in the US, not sure of the laws in the UK.

Eat a healthy diet, get some sleep and exercise.  If you are worried about what you are already suffering from, it will only be exacerbated by steroids.  Not only will you suffer from aggression, your head will get huge and your testicles will shrink.  Don't think that would help the libido...

If you have low levels of testosterone then a GP can send you to a specialist to confirm this and prescibe a suitable treatment for it, This is the only way to get Testosterone legally.

If this is not the case then you will not be able to get it illegally and you run the risk of major damage to your organs. You also cannot garrauntee what you get from your illegal sources.
