Why not go with a all wood stick. You can get the NikeBauer One40 for $17 and then break them all you want. You could buy 3 and have money left over on your $70 budget.

You break that composite stick and you are out $50-$70.

Definitely the R3. The Endure is decent but I don't recommend it if you are beginning.

dude those aren't that good save a little more money and buy a RBK sick kick MAKE SURE IT HAS SNAKE GRIP and if you buy the shaft of it get a NIKE BAUER pm9 (MALKIN) blade i scored 35 goal and 31 assist with it in 25 games

the blade gives you greater ability to stick handle and it has a pretty sick shot but thats what it does for me

tps r3 is nice  maybe a mission z-2 dont get an apollo bauer has some good curves and i don't really like tps curves there are other sticks out there you might want to wait a little while if you can and raide ur budget up a bit unless ur a beginner if so these or a woodstick would be fine. Honestly if you are just starting out u dont need a complosite stick.

First of all you left out a pretty important piece of information- What position you are. Forwards have different sticks then defenseman.

Anyways.... Anything by Louisville is worth the buy.

i use to have a tps r3 and was very pleased by its quality but either of the louisville would suffice.
