HI u have a nice question but just dont get inn with the advices only.

The pick for intraday depends upon the volume u are going to utilise in the market that to by utilising the margin or in cash.Coz these both the things mean a lot in the drawing ur earnings and looking at the market situations it would be better to trade in Mid caps like RCOM,Chambal fert,Punjloyd These are my few hot stocks which i trade in intra.With this u even need to buy it in two aspects one at the Cmp and another in 2/- or 3/- lower than the cmp which helps in covering up ur cmp profit if it trades below ur cmp price.

Have a proper look before picking any intra coz its very risky
