umm, your fingers?

you cant really 'buy' a remover, you open up your eye with one hand and with your other, use your index and your thumb and gently apply pressure onto the contact and lightly pinch them off..

and for solution to clean them, try Opti-Free.. you can get it at Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, Rite Aid... your local drug store

Uh... I have absolutely no idea what that is, or whether it exists at all LOL :P

Do you remember how you put it in? Exactly how you take it out. Make sure you wash with solution :)
