Which store is better Macys or winners?

i live in Canada and i dont have macy around Canada so should i go to America to go shopping at macys or sstay in canada and go clothes shopping in winners?? Which one is more affordable

I would say go to Macy's b/c I love their department store very much let alone they have the most famous celebs in their commercials in the US/Canada.
