Question:

Which story is more interesting?

I have a few ideas for a story and want to see what people will read.

1) Kay, an ordinary sixteen year old, is best friends with Michael, a not so ordinary sixteen year old. When he mysteriously disappears Kay suspects foul play. Will the damsel be able to save the hero?

2) Luna has been abnormal since she was born. All she knows is that she is powerful and potentially dangerous. When strange things start happening, she will have to find out who is a friend and who is a foe... the hard way.

3) Caracova and Borke are at war. People are dying and their only hope for peace is the Princess Ariana. When her home country is in the wrong and the young prince Dylan is in danger, Ariana must chose her sides. And fight to the death.

  1. I would read them all.

I do like the 2nd the best. But why don't you go with the one that you would read.Share the one you chose with your family when you are done.I would and will read it if you ever publish it in to a book.

    Hope i helped:)

    If i didn't sorry:(

  2. I agree, 2nd option

  3. Keep the list, and eventually you could write them all. All of the ideas are fantastic, so intriguing. I want to read them so badly, you do not believe. If I had to choose, I'd say the 3rd option, just the princess's name doesn't sound mysterious and uncommon like the other two names, and I don't like the name Ariana.

    Good luck :]

  4. 1st option

  5. Try all of them. They all sound good, and when you're finish, show them to your friends/family/teachers and see what they think. It doesn't hurt by trying and the more practise you get, the better you become.

  6. I like the first one.

The second and third seem a little too fantasy, magical, etc. Other people might enjoy this but it's not really what I enjoy and I wouldn't pick up those books after reading the blurbs. However with the first ones blurb, I would pick up.

  7. These are all wonderful story ideas. Which would people read more? It depends on their tastes. I could see any of these being popular with many people.

Keep the list. Start with one. When you've finished that one, start the next.

Who says you can only write one?

  8. omg, it's a tie between 1st and 2nd. umm . . . S**t dammit . . . go with . . . arrrg! this one's a toughie. Go with the 1st.

Oh, and plz excuse my vicious use of the english language. =P

Can you help me out? An easy peasy question about my book's characters: http://ca.answers.yahoo.com/question/ind... Smanx if you do. If ya don't, that's ok, too.

  9. 2nd one for sure. When the main Character in the book is not a regular person, but is a mysterious "different" person, the story ends up awesome.

Harry Potter = Harry is not normal.

LOTR = Frodo has to take the ring and destroy it.

  10. they all sound good but the second one really caught my attention u should go with it. People like things that are different or abnormal.

  11. Definitely the first. The second one is done year after year...

The first option gives you more room to mold the story into what you want it to be.

The third one sounds a bit interesting too; it all depends on its development, I guess.

Overall, the second one sounds immature to me, the first one has the most grabbing effect.

  12. Wow, those all sound really good, and very unique. I especially liked it how each has its own twists - like the damsel being the hero, and the princess's country being wrong. I really do like all of your ideas, and I don't think I can choose. Why not write all of them?

  13. 2nd option

  14. first.
