Go with the P315 in a Audio enhancers kpvr15s enclosure you will be good to go

the 15 has 500 and the pair of 12's only has 300w

the 15 ~176sq" of cone area and the 12's have ~225sq"

i think the 15 will out do the 12's if its in a good ported box that tuned properly.
