Which sub shop has the best meat?

the less fat the better lol. i like either ham or turkey so am looking for a good quality place that hopefully meets my satisfication haha. thanks for all your suggestions! oh also it should be a nation wide place so ill have better luck finding a location.

I like to get subs at the grocery store where they make them with whatever meat you want.

You are going to have to choose on the basis of sides. In any given area all the vegetables are distrubited by either 1 or two food distrubitors. The quality of the store will be your next best answer...unfortunatly most sub shops differ not only from place to place but even by the perople working there. From my experience Quiznos is a little cleaner and the shops are more up to date (along the likes of starbucks), but Subway has the garnishings that I like.

But if you are going on meat choice alone there is a good chance that both stores will order from  the same place...
