Which subject to choose for real estate License?

Me and My wife are going to apply for real estate License, we have two optional course( one course each) to choose from beside Principle and practice.

What do you think is the best courses to take, which is going to be more practical,?

  1. If I had to choose only one class, I would choose the Real Estate Appraisal class. One of the most important aspects in selling a home is price. If you don't know how to properly price a home to sell, then you will either under price it and sell it too fast or over price it and it doesn't sell. This is a mistake many new agents make, so that's my recommendation.

  2. Why not just go to a regular Real Estate School ... many of which are sponsored by a local realtor .. or at a local college ect. to get your license ?

    You should talk to a local realtor anyway as you probably won't be able to get a Broker's License until you have held the other realtor's license for five years or so ...

    Take as many of those classes as you can as they will help you in the real estate business ..as slow as it is .
