Silver is a better conductor of electricity then copper and is probably the best of all common materials ( i.e. excluding  starnge alloys made under extreme conditions)

At room temperature it's silver. There are superconductors at very low temperatures, though. That means they all have zero resistivity.

It is not wastly used because of high cost.

Still PCB circuits (e.g. mobile phones) are laced with this metal, for good conductance.
