I think bulls cuz all of there players are healthy and they just got Derrick Rose.

I would say the Heat, but they don't count cuz there star player was out the whole season.

Big Turnaround

*L.A Clippers (If Baron,Camby, and Kaman can stay healthy)

*Miami Heat ( Trade Shawn Marion for all star pg or center and Dwade must be healthy)

*Milwaukee Bucks ( Adding Jefferson and depth into bench makes them a playoff team for sure.)

Heat: D-Wade is healthy, they have Marion and Beasley. They'll probably make the playoffs but I don't know how far they'll go.

Knicks: New Coach, no Isiah, there should be a lot more wins. Might make the playoffs with an 8th seed.

the portland trialblazers they got too much talent with greg oden and that new spanish guard anything is possible, if a team didnt make the playoffs this season they are considered a sucky team

Portland Trailblazers and the Charlotte Bobcats...mainly because of draft picks. I'm not saying they will win the Title, but they will get more wins and finish up there in the standings.

Portland.  They started hot in 2007 but cooled off.  They will be in the mix in the west.  The Warriors will contend better for a playoff spot in 2008/09.
