  1. I think Sushi Tei is good, and their portions are better.  Try their Sushi Salad, wth heaps of raw fish and lots of veggies.  There is a branch in Paragon and another in Ngee Ann City.  They have a conveyor belt system, but you can just sit at any of their tables and order ala carte.  The service may be a bit slow when during peak hours.

  2. i love sakae sushi. their dining outlet is good. especiall the seating concept, makes me feel very comfortable.

  3. Ichiban Boshi (can be found in Great World City, Plaza Singapura, Esplanade, Novena Sqr, Suntec City and Wisma) - affordable authentic Japaneses food. Normal and conveyor belt.

  4. A la carte: Sakae sushi is the best. They also have buffet in the afternoon.

Buffet: I strongly recommend "Yuki n Yaki" and "Sakura" (same owners). It's cheap ($20 - $25 per pax) and has a lot of varieties of food: oyster, prawn, sushi, pizza, dim sum, laksa, chicken rice, beef steak, satay, lamb, salmon, etc.

For Yuki n Yaki, you have to cook the raw one, for Sakura it's all cooked.

  5. I think Sushi Teh not bad.... Conveyor belt style. With lots of choice..

  6. Go for Buffet, it's the best
