i think there are no difference in them. if you read number ones description, it says that it has a removable hood. if you remove the hood from number one, it might look like number two.

i like number one.

I'm only saying that because if I were to buy a vest for that much then I'd want it to be just one color. Unless you're setting up a specific outfit I'd go with the all-white one because it would match with anything. Color-wise.
