"B" but theres a problem here. there were 13 original colonies before the united states was officially formed  which is where we get the stripes on the flag from. The stars represent each of the states in the united states.

btw the arrows and olive branch are a war and peace kinda thing

Should b "B" - the original flag for the 13 states had 13 stripes and 13 stars (but apparently the well-known circle one wasn't official... I didn't know that!).
