Which takes more skill? Voting "present", voting on party lines in DC, or governing a state?

forget the population, same responsibilities apply such as dealing with law enforcement, balancing a budget, commanding the natl guard, sighing legislation..............anyone can vote like Obama

don't get me wrong he can give a good speech

Governors are MANAGING entire states - like small countries.

Senators are trying to legislate - JUNIOR Senators do very little !!

Vice Presidents are gaining knowledge by working with the President / Commander in Chief !!

Alaska Govermor Sarah Palin has MORE TOTAL political experience than Obama.

Obama won't be allowed to vote "present" if he ever gets elected to be president so that should be taken into account that he has a hard time making important decisions.

McCain was never a Governor, he does vote along party lines when he even bothers to show up though.

He also cannot give a good speech.

Well, since Obama's been running a presidential campaign for the majority of his senate term, that counts as executive experience, right?

You do  realize how difficult it was for Obama to say " present " without stuttering & stammering and without the aid of a teleprompter ?

In all fairness; after his 143rd & final day in the Senate I think that Obama was finally able to say " present " in a clear & audible manner + his experience had also enabled him to finally  learn where the Senate Cafeteria was located.

Just use common sense. Who would better deal with terrorists? Obama or Palin? The answer is clear. Obama! Not a former beauty queen with less than 2 years experience as governor of a state that has a population of under 700,000 people.

Very true.  Palin did a greatjob with Alaska.  80% approval rating!

That means that more than half of the Dems in ALaska like her as well!

Seriously which do you think is more hazardous to one's health, living in a city that has its own population of free roaming bears or a city with it's own free roaming Kennedy's.

You do realize that McCain beats Obama with over 60 MORE 'present' votes!?!? McCain also has the worst attendence record in congress.

Palin has 20 months....Biden has 30+ years.
