  1. I usually prefer Tampax. But those Pearl ones usually leak for me. The Playtext Sport are better, compared to the Pearl. But I use the Tampax in the cardboard.

  2. I love playtex sport  they never leak for me, tampax pearl always leak for me and are very uncomfortable after awhile

  3. Playtex are better because of the plastic applicator. To me that's easier than messing with Tampax's carboard one :-p

Playtex seems to work better. Idk maybe i'm biased lol

  4. I personally like OB's... They are the most comfortable...

  5. For me, a tampon is a tampon is a tampon is a....

Thanks to free samples from both Playtex Sport and Tampax and ob, and few periods and being pregnant, I've not had to buy tampons in a few years. I just keep taking advantage of the free samples, for one. Also, with one box of Playtex Sport I think I got it free, or almost free after sale price and coupon. I have two packages of Stayfree (the big package, even) that I got free after rebate once. (I got them from Walgreens. It was a store offer, which I've seen offered since. Check the store site under the Easy Saver Catalog link.) With some Always pads samples, I got coupons for free packages, the small ones. I also e-mailed Playtex Sport complaining about their synthetic product (when I eventually go through what I have, I have about three boxes worth of tampons, I'm going to go for natural cotton or even something like the Instead cup) and they sent me a coupon for a free package. I found the irony (I complain about the product, they try and give me more of what I don't like for free) very amusing. However, it was free, so I got them.

Anyway, the best way to find samples is to type in "free tampax samples" or something similar. However, from what I've found, the Playtex Sport sample is no longer available. Eh. Also, try the Being Girl, for Always and Tampax site. It may not hurt to even try and email the company for samples, saying that you are interested in the product and would like to try a sample before deciding to buy.

Anyway, I hope my rambling has helped. It's past bedtime for my daughter, and I've been half talking with her (she's with her grandmother) as I've been typing and searching, so I'm not even sure if what I've shared is coherent. I hope it is.
