I would say neither. Pecans, walnuts, almonds or sunflower seeds are the best!

Dried cherries on salad is really good too!

although i do not like nuts on my salad, i would go with peanuts.

Of those two choices, I prefer pumpkin seeds.  But I really like toasted almonds or pecans the best.

well to me niether i like sunflower seeds and raisins but if i had to choose out of those i would say pumpkin seeds
