  2. This is a good question. There are two possibilities I can think of: St.Helens and Hull FC.

    OK I am going with 'St.Helens' as being the only one.

    As i have a feeling that: a) Hull FC changed their name to Hull Sharks only for it to revert back about 7 or 8 Years ago and b) They finished to low in the previous year and didn't make it into the initial Super League team line-up.
