Which team do you think Mats Sundin should go ???

I think he should see which one is the best offer cuz look at that guy...hes good...who doesn't want that dude. But I dunno where is he thinking of going.

the canucks have a better overall line this season

they should be able to at least make the first round of the playoffs (they're not gonna make it far though :P)

For years I've been saying he would be in the top handful of guys in the scoring race if the Leafs would only get him somebody to play with that could either pass or shoot. Never happened. Look at the wingers he's had over the years here. Michael Renberg was probably the best, but I doubt his heart was still into it by the time he got here. Jonhas Hoglund, Robert Reichel, the list goes on and on. Guys who lost their touch long before coming here, and a whole lot more guys who never had any tough to begin with.

Sundin is a thoroughbred at a harness track in Toronto. The guy is highly responsible in his own end. He is nearly impossible to knock off the puck. He has amazing agility for a guy his size and can play a physical game when he needs to. If the Leafs had taken the opportunity to build a team around him we would have racked up several cups over his time here. But they missed the boat.

Without Sundin we would have had a legitimate shot at Stamkos and will have a real shot at Tavares. Sundin, on his own kept us in the playoff hunt, but nobody can can do it alone, year after year. As it stands right now, our top line is going to be Nic Antropov, Jason Blake and Alexi Ponikorvski. If you put that all together, Blake Antroponi sounds like a decent left winger, not your Stanley Cup aspirations.

Sorry about the rant, I'll answer you question now. IF HE DECIDES TO PLAY, he should try Montreal. They have a real good team that can get over the hump with his talent. They play his style of hockey, fast and excitinig, with enough defensive responsibility to avoid straining the nets. This being their 100'th anniversary, I would like to see them do something special. As an added bonus, we Leaf fans can still watch him play on a regular basis.

Personally I think he should resign with the Leafs. He is a leaf at heart and I am NO LEAFS FAN! I have Sabres season tickets and see those fans and they love Mats, as they should, the man is a beast for that team.

If he wants to win a cup he should play for Montreal, they have a much better team then Vancouver and a better chance to win the cup. Vancouver is too concerned with getting $hitty Steve Bernier signed lol

As a Leaf fan I would say Toronto, but that is obviously not going to happen seeing as the contract he is offered by Vancouver. He should go to Montreal because of new acquisitions such as Tanguay.

For the Money, Vancouver. For the Team and Linemates, Canadiens. Vancouver is starting to build a pretty good line for im to play with though. He could play with Tanguay in Montreal or play with Demitra in Vancouver.

Being a leafs fan I want him to stay in Toronto but obviously he should go to Montreal!
