Which team for pokemon would be better team 1 or 2 and rate both teams ?

mm  i think 1 is better ;; take dialga and rotom out cuz legendaries arent as good =/

If your planning on using that team for wifi battles,take out dialga.It's an uber,most players don't accept battles if you have ubers.

Rotom is weak,movesets are okay but could be better.Your second team would be good too,just work on the move sets and they will be good.

I would say 1, not because of the legendarys but the movesets.

The Rotom isin`t really a good choice though.
