Which team has been most dominant so far this season? JGR or RCR?

Although JGR has won the most races this year, RCR has all 3 of their cars in the top 5 in points. JGR has their 3 cars all in the top 10.

I believe the Championship battle at the end of the year will be between JGR and RCR.

Consistency does win championships, and Richard Childress Racing is getting a whole lot more of that. But Joe Gibbs Racing is getting noticed a whole lot more because they're winning more often. My definition of domination is winning, so Gibbs (sadly) has been more dominant. But RCR is way more consistant.

I agree with you last statement about the championship being between JGR and RCR in the end but we can agree to disagree with who has been dominate. JGR has led alot of laps and alot of wins in cup and Nationwide. I think JGR has been more dominate.

JGR has been dominating races yet they've had a hard time sealing the deal in a few races. RCR has been just consistent week in and week out. However, the driver to beat on the 1.5 to 2.0 mile tracks will still be Carl Edwards. Until somebody or some other team can compete with him head to head he'll be extremely tough to beat.

definately JGR..i mean childress has had some finished in front but the toyotas have them beat. And i wouldnt say just yet that the battle will be between them because we've got hendrick motorsports up there too..so its for sure goin to be an interesting season.

Very good question, and without a doubt the championship will come down between the 3 RCR drivers and 3 JGR drivers. Unless Johnson, Dale Jr, or Carl Edwards can start being more consistant.

And right now definatly RCR is better. All but 4 laps not complete, and Burton is still doing 100% complete, i just wanna see more Top 5's out of him.

Both are doing well. JGR is flashy, RCR is consistent. Nice not to be talking about Hendrick dominance this year for a change!

RCR is definetly more consistant this year or possibly just lucky enough not to be pulled into the big wrecks of the season.  JGR has been very strong but one of their cars is always sucked into a wreck.

RCR, cmon, theyre 2nd, 4th and 5th in points. 2wins. The entire team has finshed all but 4 laps..... They have 58 more points. Im a Junior/Mears fan. But I am completely happy with Harvick, Burton, or Bowyer taking the cup.

JGR - 1st, 6th and 8th... 2 DNFs...

Without a doubt JGR has been more dominant.  They have run up front a whole lot more but have not always had the finishes to show for it.  Denny should have 2 more wins than he does (fuel pickup problem at Bristol) and Tony has had problems after running strong.  RCR has been more consistent but they are not as dominant.  Overall, Carl Edwards has been the most dominant driver and is still the one to beat for the champiopnship but Roush has been a little off the pace so far this year.
