  1. The most grand slams in a game by one team is 2 and it's happened numerous times.

    AL -33 times

NL - 33 times (including Arizona yesterday)

In fact 13 of those 66 times the team did it in the same inning.

The record for both teams in a game is 3 by Baltimore (2) vs Texas (1) on 8/6/1986 and Cubs (2) vs Houston (1) on 6/3/1987.

    By the way Boston has hit 2 in a game 8 times: 5/13/34, 7/4/39, 7/27/46, 5/10/60, 6/10/87, 5/2/95, 5/10/99, and 7/29/03

  2. The Boston Red Socks. They have hit two grand slams in one game four times. There were in 1939, 1946, 1999, and 2003. No team has ever hit more than two in one game
