  8. This is a lot of information, get ready to read A LOT!

Patriots:  They have lost so much on the defensive side of the ball that they won't be able to keep people with a high scoring offense out of the end zone.  On top of that, Tom Brady doesn't have as much to work with as he used too and is now down to only two receivers, Wes and Moss.  They do have other receivers yes, but double team Wes and Moss, put a spy on the RB and then cover everyone else...what can the Pats do this year.  They gave up some hope after last year, hard to go all the way to win it all and lose everything.

Houston:  NO ONE expects them to do anything this year.  Sportscasters and fans alike think they didn't achieve much in the free agency or the draft this year.  On top of that, they are in a "tough or hardest" division, BS.  Colts suck this year, Jags alright, and Titans blow donkey balls.  They did pick up Steve Slaton, a back with fantastic speed and great cutbacks, who just needs experience now, Ahman Green and Chris Taylor when they are healthy can be a force, especially in a tandom or a option.  You have Andre Johnson, Andre Davis, Kevin Walter for real good wideouts, and on top of that, one of the best TE's with Owen Daniels who lead with receptions last year.  They ahve one of the best o-lines in the league now and with them running the ball more, you won't be having Matt Schaub getting sacked very often.  On the defensive side, Mario and Omobi are going to kill on the d-line, and if Frank Okam a 6'4, 330 pound man from Texas, can get more speed....scary.  Dunta Robinson, Jaques Reeves, Fred Bennet, DeMeco Ryans and Morlon Greenwood make up a very great LB and secondary core.  I see this team being such a sleep team, because they have all the talent in the world, and they can win big if they try their best and NOT get injuires.  I see a wildcard contention with this team and only because they are in a tough division at that.

I really think a bust in this league is going to be a surpise to all, because no one expects this to be happening to such a great athlete, even if they don't have much of a team, or even if they do have a great team.  My reward goes to -------->>> Bret Favre.  Oh really?  Yes.  We are talking about a team that is still stuggling and has been trying to rebuild for many years, and with the edition of ONE player they are going to be good all of a sudden?  REALLY?!  ONE man, the most popular star in football is just going to change the life of this team around?  I understand that he's a great athlete....but remember....the Madden Curse has been accurate ever since players have been going on those covers, on top of that, he is getting to be real old, at 38 years old, he has said he's getting tured (arm is fatigued) and I believe that a couple of hard pass rushes and sacks are going to end his career like Trent Green in KC and Miami.  Just watch, player bust, he will do horrible this year, he doesn't have that great o-line to protect him, and he doesn't have much to work with in the receiver industry.

Work with me on this one lol....

Ray Rice of the Baltimore Ravens.  Willis is a hurt man and Ray Rice is ONE person that NO ONE is looking at all.  The Ravens has always been a running team, and they ahve a great o-line, but they you can't always run the ball, which is why they lost all the rest of their games alst year, everyone knew they were going to run and it's easy to stop when you know what's coming.  But added a little bit of a pass game, Ray Rive is a guy to look at this year.  He has speed and power, and yes he is small,  but hey, let's see if you can catch him.

  9. Biggest Team Bust: New York Giants- Congrats to them for winning the SB in amazing fashion, but I don't think they can do it again. They lost Shockey, which will hurt more than they think. They lost Strahan, but had some back up help. They just lost Osi, which is gonna really sting. Burress is having problems. I just think too much has collapsed on them to recover.

Biggest Team Surprise: Green Bay Packers- Ok, they lost Favre. He is an absolutely unbelievable QB, but their team is phenomenal. They have a great O-line, VERY underrated WR core, a new star RB, a good D-line, fantastic LB crew, and one of the best secondary's in the league. I am a believer that QB's are the most vital thing to a team, but Rodgers has a great arm and has dealt with the Favre saga brilliantly. I think he will do great and this team will make the playoffs.

Biggest Player Bust: Brett Favre- Hey, I love the guy just as much as the next person. But he worked with a team last year that many continue to throw under the radar. He does have a good O-line to work with in NY with the young beast, D'Brickashaw Ferguson, and veterans Alan Faneca, Nick Mangold, and Damien Woody. However, their receiving core isn't anything to write home about. Coles is getting old, Cotchery is solid but a bit inconsistent, and anything passed that is just plain weak. They have no TE which will bother the TE friendly Favre. But, more than anything, he is just getting too old. Have we forgotten that before last year, the guy was severly struggling behind center in which he had two years of throwing more picks than TD's? Last year his team pulled it together and he put everything left into it. As much as I like him, I just think he doesn't have enough left to do it. Plus, he is in the same division as the Patriots, so don't look for him to win the division ANY time soon.

Biggest Player Surprise: Felix Jones- This kid has amazing potential. He was always outwieghed in the media to his teammate Darren McFadden, but I believe whole-heartedly that he will have a better NFL career than DMac. He has the speed, vision, and heart to do it. Even though he is behind the beast Marion Barber in the depth chart, I think he will still show plenty of defenses up when he does get on the field. Look for him to be the biggest surprise of the 2008 draft especially.

  10. Packers

    Raiders

    All of the SF quarterbacks

    Ricky Williams

  12. Biggest Bust= Packers-- They lost Farve and are starting a somewhat new QB, what can they expect?, disappointing season compared to last year,

Biggest Surprise= Browns-- Not much of a surprise that they will finally take the division this year, but they will go deep into the playoffs,

Player Bust= Darren McFadden-- Doesn't have a great O-Line and won't put up the numbers people think he should, not really his fault but people will still call him an underachiever,

Player Surprise= Adrian Peterson-- AP a bust?? Yeah....right, he will have much better numbers than last year, cuz he had to share half the carries last year but probably wont this year,

  13. biggest bust = Raiders and Phins (as usual)

  17. team bust: cowboys
