team 2. The positionthat  team one has beat is at the pg position, and even though that is arguably the most important positions since it is like the QB of football, the surrounding players do have an impact as well. And they maybe also the PF position. Duncan I think is better than KG. But still, Team 2 is better.

Kobe is plenty better than Tmac.

Lebron is might become a top 50 greatest all time. Paul Pierce...not so much

Duncan and KG...thats hard to choose- Duncan could win, but he also had better players on his team; KG could never win (until now), and both play amazing DEF- Id have to give it to Duncan, cuz even with such good players on his team, he had unreal stats- Both had about the same amount of REB, Duncan had more points and blocks, KG had more assists and steals...BUT KG had no one on his team to help...Duncan had so much talent on his team, but still but up these stats- SO GIVE IT TO DUNCAN

Honestly, both Yao is soon going to come out of his prime, whereas Howard is just going in- Howard gets more rebounds, steals (and soon will get more points); Yao is a better free throw shooter, which counts for  a lot. Dwight will be better than Yao, but u really cant say that he is in his prime yet. This season, he should go into his prime. BUT EVEN SO, NEITHER OF THEM HAD THE SAME GAME AS SHAQ...SHAQ IS THE ONLY CURRENT PLAYER THAT 50 GREATEST.

Team 2 in their PRIMES.

Because of the fact that they got Kobe and Shaq who were undefeatable together before. Imagine this: Kobe just got better so how would Shaq and Kobe be together now (That is if Shaq was the same as he was in 01)

That would be the unstoppable team.

Chris Paul has yet to hit his prime, T-Mac's prime has been hindered by injuries, PP hes aite but he couldnt lead a team in his prime...Tim Duncan is the guy of that team without a doubbt.

Jkidd used to be pretty d**n good so thats a bonus..

I agree Nash should start over Paul cuz Nash has won an MVP before (that was probably his prime days)

I think it's somehow obvious. Bcuz u said in their primes, well, Team 2 is better and has stronger players in starting lineup. Team 2 has almost every factor needed for a dominant basketball team: shooting, passing, rebounding, blocking, speed, talent, good big men, etc. Of course team 1's bench is a little more reliable, but just a little, so it doesn't matter at all; even with a mediocre coach, team 2 can overcome team 1.

Besides Lebron and Kobe, Team one seems to have better players at every position, plus their bigs are far better. Camby and shaq wouldnt have a chance against Yao and Dwight. Easy: TEAM 1.

it was hard but Team 1 would win. In the PG matchup its really just CP3 and Nash vs Deron Williams if JKidd plays like he did in the olympics and dosent shoot the ball then hes not really a threat offensively.

Kobe and Ray are good, but looking at how wade played during the olympics, he can really shine even if he is surrounded by an already talented team. T-Mac and Kobe should be able to handle their own, but it would be the bench that would make the difference and with a Wade vs Allen, Wade would win.

Paul Pierce vs Lebron James- hands down Lebron James, but you have carmelo whos comming off the bench and can handle his own against James and in a Melo vs Price, melo would win.

Tim Duncan and Boozer vs Garnett and Bosh. I would choose Duncan and Boozer. Their stronger and better offensive players. Bosh did good in the olympics, but its going to be hard against Duncan and Boozer. Team 1 has better PF depth.

Yao and Dwight vs Shaq and Camby. Yao and Dwight for sure. Shaqs presence should be good in the paint, but Yao Ming (when healthy) can dominate. And team 1 has Dwight Howard comming off the bench. Yeah Marcus Camby was the defensive man of the year before but we're talking about him going against yao and dwight here.

So overall, the victory does go to team 1. More depth. The only difference makers that i see in team 2 are Kobe, Lebron, and Kevin Garnett. Team 1 has better size and better depth.
