Pistons are the better team, not to mention that championship that they took from the Lakers, thats right you stupid Laker bandwagon #1 Kobe fan, in 2004, incase you dont remember because your a fair weather, Pistons destroyed your all star Lakers team 4-1 in the Finals , oh and I believe the Suns have beaten that sorry a$$ lakers team twice in the 1st round, including 3-1 comeback.  I hope the Suns do play the Lakers in the playoffs next season, because I am pretty sure the Suns can take another series away from the Lakers.

id go with the pistons because the pistons have more than one good player. the suns only have stoudemire and nash and the rest of the players are eh..

the pistons however have a terrific bench including rodney stuckey.

nash is better than billups and amare would overpower rasheed is they versed, but rip hamilton and the bench can defeat the suns

Suns,

Nash is still one of the best point guards in the league

Raja Bell is one of the best defenders in the league

Grant Hill still has a little left in the tank

Amare is one of the best two or three players in the league

Shaq still has a little left in the tank and he will not be asked to carry this team.

Give the Suns a chance to go through a pre-season and a full season together and watch out!!  They will be 2009 NBA Champs!!

First I'm from Detroit

Second, the pistons have made it to the eastern conference finals 6 years in a row the suns can't make it past the first round.

The suns are good but, the pistons are better.

Pistons, they don't necessarily have better players, but they certainly have a better team, and Nash and Shaq are past their best.

Stoudemire is the best player on either team though in my opinion.

The Pistons also recognize the importance of defense, which the Suns don't seem to know about, which is probably why they ain't won nothing.

Pistons. Shaq and Nash are too old, not like Detroit is young, but they havent lowed down a bit, plus they have plenty of good young guys like Stucky and Maxiel.
