  1. I'm a North supporter and I think we'll slide bigtime. I also think WCE, Port and Sydney will slide. Geelong will be thereabouts again; not sure about Collingwood. Lions, Doggies and Blues will go up. I see little movement for the Saints, Dons, Dees and Tigers.

  2. slide

    kangaroos

    west coast

    sydney

    power

    crows

    improve

    bulldogs :)

    carlton

    richmond

    bombers

    lions

    saints

  3. Brisbane showed enough to say that they will be a difficult team to beat next season,  carlton with stvens and judd will improve but wont make the 8.

I'm guessing that Richmond will improve a fair bit good trades good picks and a group of of young guys who like foley deledio and co.

i'm hopeful that hawthorn improve on what they achieved last season too.

Sliders to be Eagles, and Freo to continue the spiral down

  4. do well Collingwood and Hawthorn

slide West Coast and St Kilda

  5. Slide:  WC Eagles, Port Adelaide, Brisbane Lions (I'd love to add Carlton but they can't slide any further than LAST which is where they will be again in '08).

    Rise:  Collingwood, Bulldogs, Richmond

I'll add that Geelong will be at the top again in '08 - no doubts!

  6. Essendon  and Carlton.  They're getting so many good players , there bound to move up.

I reckon Kangaroos and Sydney will slide.

  7. Collingwood will go down the slippery dip. They had their chance this year, and blew it.

The big surprise would be for any Melbourne based club to do well.

  8. carlton big improvers with stevens back add judd and this years #1 pick kruizer, gibbs developing with murphy and the fev happy

hawks also top 4 this year just development BUDDY FRANKLIN IS A STAR

wce sliders no judd no eagles

geelong will be top dog again. dynasty coming up for them unchanged team how can you bet against them???

  9. slide-collingwood ,west coast,pt adelaide,nth melb and sydney

    rise-hawthorn,brisbane,adelaide,carlto... (hope)

geelong to go back to back.

  10. I think the WCE will probably go through the season, as top dog, losing just an odd game here & there - but that wont be any surprise.

I think Collingwood will be the biggest slider - I hope so anyway. Followed by Geelong also a slider.

Carlton wont move - they'll stay a cellar dweller.

Fremantle will promise the world - like they do every year - & still play like dummies.

I can't see any of the Melbourne based teams doing much of any note - Maybe Hawthorn will cause a flutter every now & then.

All the non-Vic teams will be competitive.....Brisbane may do better next year.

  11. Next year I think... Geelong wont do aswell, Carlton will be terrible (once again)... whether they have Judd or not. Lions & Adelaide I think will have a better year then the one they just had and Collingwood & West Coast will be hard to beat!

  12. Surprise:

    - Essendon (touch wood). Good young group with some games under their belt.

    - Brisbane. Good young team, unlucky to miss the finals this year.

    - Melbourne. Unlucky with injuries this year.

    Slide:

    - Doggies

    - Sydney. Will struggle to make the eight.

    - West Coast. Will be in the mix but without the dominance of recent years.

    - Crows

    - Saints

I think Port will be motivated by this year's GF and will be one to watch.
